The plan
Days 1-4 Istanbul: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Bosphorus ferry, a Prince's Islands day, rooftop dinner in Galata. Day 5 fly Istanbul-Kayseri or Nevsehir (1h20m), transfer to Cappadocia. Days 5-7 Cappadocia: hot air balloon at sunrise (the main event), Goreme open-air museum, underground city at Derinkuyu, stay in a cave hotel. Day 8 fly back.
